The Digital Design Company ("DDC") is a full service Systems Integrator and

In 1997, The State of Texas passed the HB
1300 which requires all Internet Service Providers to provide this link to "blocking software."
Please use the links presented to you to read up on this issue, as the software being
linked to here is not based on some "magic" technology that knows what you find
objectionable or offensive, nor is it capable of determining what is universally offensive
or objectionable. This software blocks (censors) what content is available to you by using
a list of "offensive" and "objectionable" sites and/or content
compiled by people with whom you may have nothing in common.
