Dynamic Access Services

DDC offers single-user, dynamic access accounts at speeds ranging from 28.8Kb/s* to 128Kb/s. These accounts are ideally suited for the casual user. Though this service is often termed unlimited, it is in fact subject to session limits. It is not the same as a dedicated account. All dynamic accounts include a single e-mail address and 25MB of disk space.

*Though all services are delivered digitally to DDC's facilities, V.34, K56Flex and X2 are based on analog technologies and may still use regular phone lines (POTS) at the client's end. Because of this, DDC cannot guarantee connection speeds for any of these technologies. If bandwidth is important to you, choose an end-to-end digital technology like ISDN.

Dedicated Access Services*

DDC offers dedicated, routed access accounts for businesses small or large. These accounts are ideally suited for the business seeking to deliver Internet services to internal networks of users. All dedicated accounts will receive IP addresses based on justification of need.

Collocation Services

If you outgrow the Hosting account, or if you just know you need to go fast, try DDC's Collocation services. Collocated Accounts have their server(s) plugged directly into DDC's Ethernet Backbone. DDC also offers "Carrier independent" collocation facilities for Service Providers.

Bandwidth

The following bandwidth options are available for your collocated server(s). Prices reflect gigabytes of transfer per calendar month. One megabyte (1MB) equals 1,024,000 kilobytes.

Additional Services

*Summary log analysis will provide bandwidth reports only. Detailed log analysis provides comprehensive web and ftp site information, including the client's source geographic location, ISP and/or domain. A sample detail report will be available here soon.

Mail Scanning Anti-Virus and SPAM Package

Did you know up to 20% of your bandwidth could be stolen everyday by SPAM clogging up your network? DDC's mail scanning service will block SPAM before it hits your network, reducing congestion on your connection. This also works in conjunction with DDC's unbeatable Anti-Virus service to catch and quarantine virii giving you double protection.
